We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Not be damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ScottieMade is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Restocking Fees

ScottieMade does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after the return has been approved.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
